We offer a 90-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your product. Within 90 days, you may request a return or exchange. Once the returned machine is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed promptly.

For your convenience, please keep the original crates and packaging in case a return is needed.

Please note that freight and handling costs are not included in refunds. Any non-returnable accessories will not be refunded, and all shipping or handling fees will be treated as non-refundable. Please contact us in advance to confirm before returning any items.
