Return Period

We accept returns and exchanges within 90 days of delivery for undamaged products in their original packaging.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

· The product must be in the original packaging.

· All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included.

· The product must not show signs of misuse, unauthorized repair, or physical damage.

· The return request must be approved by BlazeX before the product is shipped back.

Non-returnable Items

· Customized or personalized products.

· Products damaged due to improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

· Products returned without prior authorization.

· Products that have been intentionally damaged or altered.

Return & Exchange Process

2. Our team will review your request and provide the return shipping address.

3. Ship the product back using a trackable shipping service.

4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your replacement, depending on your request.

Refund Timeframe

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping Costs

· Quality issues (such as manufacturing defects or shipping damage): BlazeX will cover the return shipping costs.

· Non-quality issues (such as change of mind or ordering the wrong product): Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Opened & Used Products

Products that have been opened and used can no longer be resold as new. To cover the costs of inspection, functional testing, cleaning, repackaging, and refurbishment, eligible non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

For returns that are not caused by product defects, shipping damage, or fulfillment errors, customers are responsible for:

· Return shipping costs.
· Any applicable restocking fee.
· Any deduction resulting from missing accessories, damaged packaging, or excessive signs of use.

Restocking Fee

The applicable restocking fee will be determined after the returned product has been inspected.

Opened and lightly used Up to 20% of the product price
Used with visible wear, missing accessories, damaged packaging, or incomplete contents Up to 30% of the product price

 

Product Inspection

All returned products are subject to inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.

The final refund amount will be determined based on the product's condition after inspection. If the returned product shows signs of misuse, excessive wear, unauthorized modifications, missing accessories, or damaged original packaging, additional deductions may apply, or the return request may be declined.

Exceptions

No restocking fee will be charged if:

· The product is defective upon arrival.
· The product is damaged during shipping.
· The incorrect product was shipped by BlazeX.

In these cases, BlazeX will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with this Refund Policy.

Additional Notes

· Please do not return any products without first obtaining authorization from BlazeX Customer Support.
· We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products, as BlazeX is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
· BlazeX reserves the right to determine the final refund amount based on the inspection results of the returned product.
