1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Custom-made or clearance items are final sale (non-refundable).
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Email contact@blazexlaser.com within 30 days with:
Your order number.
Photos of the item (if defective/damaged).
Reason for return.
Approval: We’ll email you a return authorization (RMA) and instructions.
Ship Back: Send the item to our warehouse (address provided).
Note: Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customer responsibility: You pay for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).
Refund deduction: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is our fault).
4. Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Method: Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Partial Refunds: May apply if items show signs of use or damage.
5. Exchanges
We’ll replace defective or incorrect items at no extra cost (subject to availability).
Contact us first to confirm stock.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We’ll arrange return and refund.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders (e.g., personalized sizes/colors).
Clearance or “final sale” items.
