Order Processing Time

·  All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

· Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

·  In case of high order volume, supply chain delays, or public holidays, order processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
