Return Period
We accept returns and exchanges within 90 days of delivery for unused and undamaged products in their original packaging.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
· The product must be in the original packaging.
· All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included.
· The product must not show signs of misuse, unauthorized repair, or physical damage.
Non-returnable Items
· Customized or personalized products.
· Products damaged due to improper use or handling.
· Items returned without prior authorization.
Return & Exchange Process
1. Contact our support team at [contact@blazexlaser.com] with your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos of the product.
2. Our team will review your request and provide the return shipping address.
3. Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or send the replacement.
5. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please note that a 12.5% service charge will apply to cover handling and processing. Additionally, 10% of the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount to cover part of the shipping expenses.

Refund Timeframe
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

· Quality issues: BlazeX Laser will cover the return shipping costs.
· Non-quality issues: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
